Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aurelio Game Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any website, application, game, platform, community space, online service, or digital product operated by Aurelio Game Studio ("AGS," "we," "us," or "our"), collectively referred to as the "Services."

Accounts

• Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts where prohibited by a specific Service.
• Disrupting, overloading, or attempting unauthorized access to servers or infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting content that infringes any third-party right.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action. We reserve the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

User Generated Content

Some Services may allow you to create, upload, or share content such as gameplay clips, custom levels, messages, or forum posts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through our Services, you grant Aurelio Game Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and moderating the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion without prior notice.

Feedback

Virtual Items & Digital Goods

Our Services may include virtual currencies, coins, skins, cosmetics, battle passes, characters, unlocks, or other digital items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable basis. You do not own Virtual Items; you purchase a limited right to use them within the applicable Service.

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred outside the Service except as expressly permitted by platform policies. We may modify, replace, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without liability.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Some Services may offer one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions through platform billing providers such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop, or PlayStation Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform, and you are subject to their terms and conditions.

Refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase. Aurelio Game Studio does not process refunds directly for platform-based transactions. Prices and availability of purchases are subject to change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date according to your platform settings.

Third Party Services & Links

Examples include Google, Apple, Steam, Discord, Unity, Firebase, and various payment processors. Termination & Suspension

Termination may result in the loss of your account, Virtual Items, progress, and associated data. We will endeavor to provide notice where appropriate, but we are not obligated to do so in urgent circumstances.

You may stop using our Services at any time. Deleting your account or uninstalling applications does not automatically relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
